Design and Fabrication of Solar Dryer System for Food Preservation of Vegetables or Fruit

Food preservation has been practised in many parts of the world for thousands years, and it applies to a wide range foods, including fruits, vegetables, cereals, meat. techniques are canning, freezing, pickling, curing (smoking or salting), drying. spoilage caused by moisture is growth mould, yeast, bacteria, enzymes food. The drying process removes enough from food significantly reduce humidity level’s likelihood these adverse outcomes. material's content measures how much present that substance. fresh can 20 90 percent depending on type consumed. There will be no signs thoroughly dried before being chopped. We used experimental analysis this study create mathematical model could determine which parameter was most important design solar dryer. In future, expected helpful tool estimating short- long-term performance dryer under load overload scenarios. simulation system performed conditions such as gap between glass absorber plate, impact hole size. optimal size spacing plate determined.
